The HIPs Partnership is comprised of:

• Co-Sponsors set the strategic direction for the HIP Partnership, provide funding and resources and to ensure sustainability, and support countries to scale-up HIPs.
• Technical Advisory Group is made up of global experts in family planning research, program implementation, and policy. The TAG meets twice a year to review evidence and make recommendations on identifying, updating and implementing HIPs.
• Stakeholder Engagement Team coordinates dissemination of new HIP products including global webinars.
• Technical Expert Groups collaborate to update existing HIP briefs and write new HIP briefs and other products.

FP2030 serves as the HIPs Secretariat facilitating coordination and communication across the HIPs Partnership and managing the process for production of new HIPs products
