Seeking Technical Experts
The High Impact Practices in Family Planning (HIP) Partnership is looking for technical experts to develop a new HIP brief on Strategic Social Accountability and to revise the Policy and Leaders and Managers HIP briefs. Experts with experience in implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and/or research regarding social accountability, civil society engagement, FP/RH policy design and implementation, advocacy, or capacity building in leadership or management for global health are encouraged to apply.
Each expert will serve as a volunteer on a small team of 5-6 experts and 1-2 members of the HIP Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to develop/revise and maintain one HIP brief over a two year period. The level of effort will be highest during 2021 as the teams work with a professional writer to prepare the brief for review by the TAG in December. This includes required participation in a two-day virtual meeting in June 2021 to launch the process and regular meetings thereafter to finalize a draft.
Selections will be made by the HIP Partnership Co-Sponsors: FP2030, IPPF, UNFPA, USAID, and WHO/IBP. Applications are due March 29.
